What You’ll Own & Elevate
- Optimize HRIS (ADP preferred): Manage and continuously improve system performance to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and a stellar user experience.
- Deliver Exceptional HR Programs: Administer onboarding, benefits, leaves, performance management, and recognition with both care and consistency.
- Streamline Processes: Develop smart, scalable HR solutions—manual and automated—that empower better decision-making and faster reporting.
- Drive Talent Acquisition Support: Partner with our Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to coordinate interviews, attend career fairs, and nurture early career pipelines through campus partnerships.
- Engage Our People: Collaborate on planning and executing team-building and culture-boosting activities that connect, inspire, and celebrate.
- Partner on Employee Relations: Provide thoughtful guidance and HR policy expertise to leaders and team members, ensuring a respectful and compliant workplace.
- Report with Purpose: Use your analytical mindset to create meaningful metrics and translate them into actionable HR improvements.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, with proven strength in managing HRIS (especially ADP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- A sharp eye for data, process improvement, and detail-driven execution.
