Accounts Payable Coordinator

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.63 - $24.04. Initial offers are typically made at $21.63 per hour, with placement within the range based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, location, training, and education. This process ensures a fair and competitive salary that aligns with both the company and the candidate’s qualifications.
This is a hybrid role and requires 1 to 2 days in office in Naperville, Illinois.
What you’ll do:
Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time, ensuring all financial commitments are properly documented
Code and enter invoices, retrieve and organize electronic statements, and prepare weekly check runs and wire requests
Maintain complete and up-to-date vendor records, including securing and updating W-9 and banking information
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders
Reconcile monthly credit card activity and manage employee expense report reimbursements
Support 1099 preparation and mailing
Assist the accounting team with special projects as needed, contributing to smooth and efficient financial operations
