This internship is ideal for a current college student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in employee training and development—particularly in supporting learning programs, facilitating professional growth, and helping teams build the skills they need to succeed.

About the Program
- When: June 9 – August 13, 2026
- Where: Naperville, IL ($17.00/hourly)
- Schedule: 24 hours/week (Tuesday - Thursday)
- Who: Current college sophomores, juniors, seniors, or recent grads
- Partner with the Director of Training & Development on ongoing learning initiatives and projects.
- Support the organization and maintenance of learning content, systems and documentation
- Assist with recruitment tasks including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Provide general administrative support across the HR function
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in Learning & Development, instructional design, or organizational development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, especially in content creation and data tracking
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others learn and grow
- Comfort with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and learning platforms (or willingness to learn)
